Moving Projects Forward in a Remote Environment
Format: Two interactive 60 minute sessions with a collaborative assignment between sessions.
Prerequisite: Project management experience. This is not a project management fundamentals course.

About the Class
You already know how to manage projects. Managing geographically dispersed teams used to sound exotic, and not many project managers had to worry about that. Now it’s your daily reality. A recent Wall Street Journal article said that one of the greatest challenges of the remote landscape is moving projects forward. Working collaboratively and staying on task in the “new remote normal” is a challenge in many organizations. You’re not alone!
In this program, we will share some best practices on managing remote project team members and guiding them as they move your projects forward. Some best practices involve effective use of technology, and some best practices shift the priority to certain good old communication skills.
