About the Class
Knowing how to use knives safely and competently can lead to greater ease in the kitchen and improve every dish that you make. Join us for this hands-on class covering the basics of using knives. Put your new skillset into play by preparing two types of bruschetta, which we’ll enjoy while discussing the pros and cons of the various types of knives available on the market and how to correctly sharpen a knife.

Keystone College reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled, registrants will be notified and a refund will be processed. Requests for refunds for withdrawals must be submitted in writing five days prior to the start of the program. Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a program.
